Get the Right Shoes that Won’t Sacrifice Comfort, Performance or Fashion

http://www.MartinFootandAnkle.com At The Right Shoe, we believe you should not have to sacrifice fashion or performance for comfort and function. Each of the brands we carry is carefully chosen, not just for their style, brand name or safety features, but more importantly the features that provide better function, comfort, and health. Some of the brands we carry include Dance Co., Bionic with Orthaheel technology, Aetrex, Timberland Pro, and many others. As the seasons change, so do our styles. From a stylish pair of heels to safety-toe work boots, you’ll find a broad selection of styles for almost any occasion, activity, or work environment—even flip flops for a day at the beach.

Our selection does not stop at shoes. We also carry an extensive selection of over-the-counter orthotics, compression socks, and foot care items. The best thing that all of our brands and styles have in common is that they are recommended (and in many cases worn) by the podiatrists and physical therapists of Martin Foot and Ankle.

Within our stores, our sales professionals not only receive training on our entire product selection but also receive initial and ongoing foot training by the podiatrists and therapists. This gives us a deeper understanding of how various foot types function and why they need various types of shoes to find the best balance of comfort and support. This also gives us knowledge on common and sometimes not-so-common medical conditions, which can cause challenges in achieving the proper fit.

Our six-step approach begins with measuring your feet, often using the iStep foot scanner to determine not only your foot size, but also your foot type and areas of high pressure, which can cause discomfort. We also take into consideration the activities for use, any medical conditions, orthotics, or other extras (which can affect fit), clinical recommendations, and, of course, what you like. After all, what’s the point in having the right shoe, if you don’t want to wear it?
