Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine

The Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine will host an Open House for Pre-health Professions Students on Saturday, April 11, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at our campus located at 148 N. 8th, Philadelphia, PA 19107. Dr. Frank Ziskowski will be our keynote speaker.

For those students anticipating entry into the medical profession, it will provide an excellent opportunity to learn more about podiatric medicine, our college, support services, and the opportunities available to graduates of our institution.

Registration for the open house will begin at 9:30 a.m. Danish will be available. The official program will begin at 10:00 a.m. and include talks on the podiatric medical profession, a tour of our facilities, admissions and financial-aid information, information on our curriculum, postgraduate opportunities and a question and answer session with a panel of our students. The event will conclude with a luncheon at 1:00 p.m. During the luncheon, students will be available for continued discussion

We appreciate these are challenging times for the podiatric medical profession, and health care in general, but we also realize to continue serving as a viable profession we have to perpetuate our legacy. We seek to enroll competitive students to graduate as well trained, competent podiatric physicians. We respectfully ask that you display the attached flyer and brochure in your office. The attachments can be found at the bottom of this letter. I thank you in advance for your support. If you have questions, or would like to attend, please contact us at 1-215-625-5451 by April 8, 2015.

Sincerely yours,

David E. Martin, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs
