A patient came in the other day to say she was REALLY impressed with Josh today (Pleasant Valley location). She complimented his smile, how thorough he was and patient. She said he gave her time to ask all of her questions (and she said she had a lot) and then answered all of her questions as well. She also said that the doctor and all the staff she encountered was wonderful too.
