Fall WalkingAs a 50ish woman with MS, I deal with fatigue and balance issues every day. Since starting the Wellness Program at MFA, I have more confidence when walking and more energy every day. Every time I am there, Chris has a different routine for me which keeps the work out fun and makes me want to go back for more.

I love the Alter G Treadmill, I’m able to walk longer without getting tired and without the fear of falling. It has also allowed me to train my mind and body to walk without dragging my foot. When my family first suggested the Wellness Program at MFA, I was hesitant, but now after 2 months, I can say that it is one of the best things I have done for myself.
